🛡 Safe and Responsible Gaming

ex666's commitment to responsible gaming

We believe entertainment should be enjoyable — not stressful. We are here with you to keep gaming under control at ex666, always.

21+

For ages 21 and above only

ex666 is a responsible online gaming platform in Bangladesh. Under our policy, only individuals aged 21 or above may open an account and play games. Age verification is mandatory at registration. If we find that a minor is using our platform, that account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be returned.

Responsible gaming means keeping to your own budget, limiting your playing time, and never letting entertainment become a source of financial pressure. ex666 always wants you to enjoy yourself safely and mindfully.

Six Tools for Protection

Setting Deposit Limits

Decide for yourself how much you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. Once a limit is set, reducing it takes effect immediately — increasing it takes effect after a 72-hour verification.

Time-Out

Need a short break? Take a time-out for 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period you will not be able to log in or place bets, and you will not receive any promotional emails.

Self-Exclusion

Choose self-exclusion for a long-term break — 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Once activated, requests to lift this restriction will not be accepted.

Age Verification and Account Protection

At registration, age must be confirmed with a valid National ID or passport. Withdrawals are not completed until identity is verified — this is for your protection.

Gaming History and Spending Review

From your account dashboard, check at any time how long you have played and how much you have spent. Use this information to make informed decisions.

The Core Principles of Responsible Gaming

At ex666, responsible gaming is not just a policy — it is part of our culture. We believe every player's gaming experience should be enjoyable, controlled, and safe.

Gaming is for Entertainment Only

Online gaming is never a reliable source of income. Responsible gaming means treating it as entertainment, not a business. Placing more bets in an attempt to recover lost money can make things worse. Before every bet, ask yourself — will losing this money hurt me?

Play Within a Set Budget

Decide in advance how much you will spend on gaming each week or month. Do not go beyond that limit. Never play with money meant for bills, rent, or essential family expenses. Even though the minimum deposit is ৳500, spending decisions are entirely yours — our deposit limit tool helps you stay in control.

Time Management

Playing for long stretches increases stress and reduces the ability to make good decisions. Take regular breaks. Avoid playing games before sleep or during work hours. Use the time-out feature to keep your account automatically closed for a set period.

Protection of Minors

If children are in your home, use a password or PIN on your device. Do not share your account login details with anyone. Minors are completely restricted from using any ex666 service and we are committed to ensuring this.

Fair Play Guarantee

All games at ex666 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are not predetermined in any way. Your financial information is kept secure through SSL encryption and a secure payment gateway.

Questions and Answers about Responsible Gaming

Yes, reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. However, a request to increase the limit may take up to 72 hours to process — this is done for your protection.

After activating self-exclusion, you can apply to withdraw the available balance in your account. Our support team will guide you through the entire process. Any active bonus wagers will be cancelled.

A time-out is a short-term break — from 24 hours up to 30 days. Once it ends, your account is automatically reactivated. Self-exclusion is long-term — from 6 months up to permanent. It cannot be cancelled before the period ends.

During registration and before your first withdrawal, you will need to upload a scan of your National ID (NID), birth certificate, or passport. Our verification team typically reviews documents within a few hours. Accounts for anyone under 21 years of age are not approved.

Contact us via ex666 live chat or email ([email protected]) — we will assist you with care and, if needed, provide information on relevant specialist organisations. For mental health concerns, also seek help from family or a trusted friend.

Change your password immediately and enable two-factor authentication. If you notice suspicious transactions, report them via live chat or email. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Enjoy Safely, with Responsibility

Entertainment is more enjoyable when it stays safe. Enjoy your favourite games at ex666 — in a controlled and mindful way.
